Our office is located on the 23rd floor of the Symetra Financial Center. You may park on any level in our garage—complimentary valet parking is located on Level E. From the garage, take the elevator to the lobby and proceed to the building elevators marked 15-25. We offer parking validation for our clients, so please bring your parking ticket to our reception area.
From SeaTac Airport*
- Leaving the airport terminal, follow the signs to "Freeways" and continue onto I-405 North at the intersection marked "Renton/Bellevue"
- Exit at NE 8th Street-westbound
- Turn left onto 108th Ave. NE
- Immediately turn right into the garage
From Seattle and West*
- Two options for crossing Lake Washington include:
The 520 Floating Bridge
- Using 520, go east to the Bellevue Way exit and turn right onto Bellevue Way
- Go south to the intersection of Bellevue Way and NE 8th St
- Turn left onto NE 8th St and go to the intersection at 108th Ave NE
- Turn right onto 108th Ave NE
- Immediately turn right into the garage
Interstate 90*
- Using I-90, go east to the Bellevue Way exit and follow Bellevue Way northbound into downtown Bellevue
- Turn right at NE 8th St and go to the intersection at 108th Ave NE
- Turn right onto 108th Ave NE
- Immediately turn right into the garage
From Points North of Seattle*
- Take I-5 South to the I-405 [Bellevue/Renton] cut-off just after Lynnwood, and then take I-405 south to the NE 8th St. westbound exit
- Exit at NE 8th St - westbound
- Turn left onto108th Ave NE
- Immediately turn right into the garage
