Barbara Jost has 30 years' experience dealing with legal and policy issues affecting both the natural gas an electricity industries. She represents clients throughout the energy industry in areas including gas certificates, rates, capacity release, gas quality and interchangeability, safety, siting, and environmental and new project development (including LNG). Barbara represents electric generators, electric and gas utilities, and industrials before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and in federal court in natural gas pipeline rate and certificate proceedings. She also provides energy contracting advice to clients in a variety of industries (including mining, aerospace and health care).
