| David Hymas counsels large and small companies in litigation and related matters. He has worked on a diverse range of matters, from complex cases, such as multidistrict litigation and multiple-defendant suits, to much smaller disputes resolved prior to court action. David's experience includes conducting pre-complaint fact investigations, drafting complaints and related responsive pleadings, researching and drafting summary judgment and other motions, taking and defending depositions, participating in negotiations, drafting agreements and legal memoranda, and managing discovery and related document production. He has also handled extensive fact and patent prior-art investigations, managed technical expert research and reports, and has substantial oral advocacy experience in both federal and state courts.

- Defended Internet service provider against patent infringement claims related to instant-messaging software
- Defended several Korean corporations and their founders against tort and fraud claims
