| Duke Tufty focuses his practice on transactional and regulatory issues for clients in the hospitality industry. He regularly assists clients in obtaining liquor licenses and lottery contracts and advises them regarding the regulatory issues related to such licenses and contracts. Duke advises buyers and sellers in transactions involving alcohol beverage businesses, and also advises clients on a broad range of legal matters pertaining to structuring and developing a successful hospitality business. His substantial experience in and knowledge of the hospitality industry enables him to offer practical, cost-effective advise to clients.

- Drafts various intellectual property related agreements, including licenses, terms of use, privacy policies, consulting agreements and non-disclosure agreements
- Advises clients on all facets of alcoholic beverage regulatory law at the state and federal level
