| Elisabeth Woare focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions. (2007) Assisted Flynn Olympic with the asset purchase of 13 Burger King franchised restaurants. Represented hospital in the acquisition of existing facilities and development of the site for a one million square-foot medical research center in Seattle.
