Elleanor Chin concentrates on litigation and alternative dispute resolution with a particular emphasis on electronic discovery. She has extensive experience counseling clients on e-discovery and managing electronic discovery in complex litigation, including antitrust matters and class actions. Elleanor represents clients in a number of industries, including telecommunications, manufacturing, health care and insurance, in matters ranging from distribution disputes to prosecution of noncompetition agreements.
Elleanor is a frequent speaker on electronic discovery topics. She has been on the faculty and seminar planning committee for the Defense Research Institute Electronic Discovery Seminar, been a faculty member for the Georgetown Law Center’s Electronic Discovery Academy and is an active member of the Sedona Conference Working Group 1.
