Haeryung represents public and private technology and rapid-growth enterprises in corporate finance, licensing and technology, strategic partnering and other business transactions. She works with public and private companies across many industries, but focuses on emerging and high growth clean technology companies. She has extensive experience as a legal and strategic advisor to founders, investors and early stage companies. She also has significant experience representing renewable energy investors and project development companies in development and finance transactions (including construction contracts and energy purchase agreements). Haeryung is a the managing editor of the firm’s clean tech blog, Cleantech Chatter, as well as a frequent contributor to the firm’s Startup Law Blog.
Haeryung chairs the firm’s Clean Technology practice and leads the Smart Grid Team.
