Jim Juliussen focuses on employment and labor law and related litigation. He represents employers before federal and state commissions and courts in a range of issues, from wrongful discharge and employment defamation to collective bargaining negotiations. Jim provides general counsel to employers on matters such as sexual harassment and drug policy, and on numerous labor issues, including union organizing campaigns and decertification proceedings.
