Jill Cohen is experienced in all legal areas of motion picture production, development, distribution, financing and acquisitions. She represents film and television production companies, motion picture studios, cable networks, completion bond companies and financial institutions. Jill structures, drafts and negotiates financing agreements; negotiates motion picture and television license agreements; analyzes rights issues; and drafts and negotiates rights agreements.

- Partner, Los Angeles/Century City office of Hogan & Hartson LLP. Jill Cohen served as head of the Entertainment Department of Squadron Ellenoff Plesent & Sheinfeld, LLP until that firm's merger with Hogan & Hartson in 2002. Previously, she was a founding partner of an entertainment law boutique, following her extensive experience with law firms in New York and Los Angeles and in-house legal and business affairs positions.
- Jill's entertainment industry career spans more than 30 years. Prior to law school, she worked in various company and general management positions in the legitimate theater, as an executive of the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers and with the Motion Picture Association of America.
