SANYO Solar of Oregon LLC, Worked closely with SANYO's in-house legal department on all aspects of SANYO's site acquisition in the city owned Renewable Energy and Technology Park and the negotiation of economic development incentives from the state, county and city for providing 200 new jobs by December 2010, including BETC tax credits (130,000 square-foot Oregon headquarters and plant for the manufacturing of silicon ingot and solar wafers; $80 million investment on 19.77 acres).
