Lisa Zycherman focuses her practice on media and intellectual property law. Lisa defends and counsels media and entertainment clients, in the areas of libel, copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy and newsgathering issues. In addition, Lisa has a substantial background in litigating government and appellate litigation disputes.
Lisa maintains an active pro bono constitutional law practice, focusing on First Amendment protection.
