Mark Berry advises employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including employment agreements, policies and challenging workplace situations. He regularly conducts training for managers and employers regarding respectful workplaces, hiring, performance management and employees with disabilities. Mark also successfully represents employers in litigation and administrative matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, unfair labor practices, grievance arbitrations, trade secrets and noncompetition agreements. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of employment topics.
