| Megan Vogel focuses her practice on business immigration and health care law. Megan’s immigration practice includes expertise in the employment-based green card process, temporary nonimmigrant work visas, and removal defense representation.
Megan also represents health care clients in professional licensing and medical staff matters, agency investigations, and with respect to medical records and health privacy issues. Megan has significant managerial experience within the health care industry and has handled a variety of matters, including insurance reimbursement, medical-records issues, as well as staffing.
