Meghan focuses her practice on business transactions, with an emphasis on hospitality and outdoor and apparel industry clients. Specifically, Meghan assists clients with entity formation and development, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review, distribution and “supply chain” counseling, and corporate governance matters. Meghan also has experience with real estate purchases and sales. She brings hands-on experience to the firm’s clients through a previous consulting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers involving computer databases and data analysis in the areas of health care, litigation, and white-collar fraud.
