Michele Buck-Romero counsels high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families on wealth, business succession, estate planning, administration of trusts and estates, and the formation of business entities to implement tax and non-tax planning. She drafts all the necessary documents to implement a comprehensive estate plan. She also assists clients with charitable gift planning and charitable trusts and foundations.
General Counsel/Corporate Governance
Michele provides outside general counsel services, including entity formation and corporate governance matters. She advises on drafting and reviewing a wide variety of contracts and agreements. Michele also assists clients in both stock and asset sales and mergers and acquisitions.
