| Sarah Bhagwandin practices employee benefits law, advising clients on the design and administration of tax-qualified retirement plans, 403(b) plans, and health and welfare plans. Sarah works extensively with health and welfare plan sponsors on ERISA, COBRA and HIPAA, as well as other compliance issues that arise in such arrangements. Sarah has guided clients through voluntary and self-correction of compliance failures. She is a frequent speaker on a range of topics, including fiduciary duties, HIPAA privacy and security rules, cafeteria plan regulations and COBRA compliance.
