She also represents technology companies including a leading online market research firm, software companies, and those in the technology and biotech industries.

- Advises clients on domestic and international trademark selection, clearance, registration and maintenance issues.
- Counsels clients regarding trademark enforcement, trade dress identification and enforcement, infringement defense and other unfair competition disputes.
- Represents clients in litigation matters, including administrative proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) related to enforcement and defense of cancellation and opposition proceedings, and trademark infringement and unfair competition matters before the U.S. District court.
- Counsels clients concerning copyright registration and enforcement.
- Negotiates, drafts and provides advice concerning software licensing, software development and other types of information technology agreements.
- Provides advice to clients concerning Internet, e-commerce and domain name issues including policing, ownership transfers, administrative actions under ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and litigation under the AntiCybersquatting Consumer Protection Act.
