Steve Greenwald’s practice has focused for almost 30 years on energy transactional, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters at the state and federal levels. He has been the chair of the firm’s national energy practice group for over a decade. Steve’s practice focuses on assisting clients with debt and equity financing, acquisitions, power purchase and sale agreements, obtaining regulatory approval for power purchases, and utility rate and certificate proceedings. His clients include geothermal, biomass, wind, solar and natural gas power projects and financing parties; independent power producers; large electric consumers; regulated electric utilities and oil pipeline companies; and power marketers.
