| Dipa Sudra has a wide range of experience in employee benefits and ERISA-related issues. She focuses on designing, drafting and implementing Section 401(k) plans, health and welfare benefit plans, cafeteria plans, employee communications materials, and administration forms. Dipa advises clients on the effect of new laws on such plans, prepares IRS determination-letter applications and plan defect-correction applications, and advises on other employee benefits laws, such as COBRA, FMLA and HIPAA.
