| Matthew Le Master focuses his practice in the areas of business transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, hospitality, real estate and finance. He has a wide range of merger and acquisition experience, ranging from the creation of high-tech joint ventures to the sale of timberlands. Matthew has particular experience in the hospitality industry, and has handled the acquisition, disposition, financing and franchising of numerous hotel properties. Selected Experience Represented acquiring entity in acquisition of retail building products company. Negotiated acquisition of fish processing facility and managed acquisition of all applicable entitlements and licenses. Represented acquiring entity in acquisition of a WNBA franchise. Assisted client in the acquisition of entitlements from Clallam County, Wash. Represented client in its acquisition of Starbucks' equity partner in its Hawaii and Puerto Rico operations. Negotiated the acquisition of a pharmaceuticals factory and secured acquisition financing. Represented client throughout the negotiation and acquisition of a hotel property. Represented client throughout the negotiation and acquisition of a hotel property. Negotiated the acquisition, financing, and property improvement plan of the Holiday Inn Select La Mirada Hotel. Negotiated and closed acquisition of parking site and adjacent real property. Managed acquisition of real property and negotiation of long-term lease with Walgreens Co. Represented Red Lion in the sale of the Red Lion Fifth Avenue Hotel, in the acquisition of ten hotels from iStar, and in the acquisition of Red Lion from Hilton. Represented client in asset sale of scrap metal business. Assisted with disposition of computer component manufacturer. Additional Qualifications
