Matthew S. Sullivan

Matthew Sullivan is a commercial litigator, with an emphasis on consumer loans. Matt defends both national and regional lenders in federal and state courts against claims brought under the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Home Owner’s Equity Protection Act, and state consumer protection acts. In addition to his consumer lending work, Matt also represents clients in employment and general contract disputes.
