In addition to prosecuting and defending infringement claims, we litigate disputes over dilution, product configuration, trade dress, trademark use, trademark fair use, nominative fair use, indications of geographic origin, initial interest confusion, streaming, linking and framing, certification and collective marks, the intersection of trademark rights and the First Amendment, and the online use of competitive trademarks. Our experience spans all mediums of promotion and distribution, and virtually all industries. If survey evidence is needed, we work with many of the leading experts. We also work with clients to develop cost-sensitive and effective strategies to combat online and domain name infringement in courts and international administrative tribunals, including instituting and defending UDRP proceedings.
