Executive Order--Using Behavioral Science Insights

PLA today posts an Executive Order signed by President Obama titled Using Behavioral Science Insights to Better Serve the American People. Among other things, the Order directs executive departments and agencies, including Federal regulators of financial institutions, to “develop strategies for applying behavioral science insights to programs and, where possible, rigorously test and evaluate the impact of these insights.” We hope you find this information useful.
