Employee benefits merger for ProBuild

Assisted our client, a building supply company, after they acquired a handful of other companies, each of which had a different retirement plan. We merged three 401(k) plans into one 401(k) plan for ProBuild, increasing the benefits in the 401(k) plan and freezing the pension plan. (2007)
