Development - renewable for Newberry Geothermal

Representing a 120 MW geothermal project located at the Newberry Volcano near Bend, Ore., in negotiating a power purchase agreement (PPA); obtaining equity financing; obtaining California Public Utilities Commission approval of the PPA; having the California Energy Commission certify the project as eligible for Renewable Portfolio Standards; obtaining transmission rights from the Bonneville Power Administration; processing Oregon permit applications; and in various arbitration and litigation proceedings.
