Rivera et al. v. U.S. Bank
|
|
Plaintiffs brought class claims for wages and penalties allegedly owed due to the bank's timekeeping system, missed rest and meal periods and untimely final pay. The court initially granted certification of the claims, but subsequently granted summary judgment with respect to all but one individual claim and dismissed all class claims. (Multnomah Cnty. (Or.) Cir. Ct. 2006)
