Briefing before the U.S. Supreme Court involving a wide-range of issues, including federal preemption, the constitutionality of public affirmative action programs, commercial speech, state establishment of religion, the dormant commerce clause, access to judicial records, and Double Jeopardy
Briefing before various state and federal appellate courts involving issues such as the admissibility of expert testimony, punitive damages, federal preemption, forum selection clauses and enforceability of arbitration agreements
