Counseling clients on day-to-day labor and employment law problems, including strategic labor relations planning. Works extensively in the area of executive employment and separation agreements, noncompetition and trade secret issues, as well as issues relating to technology in the workplace. Defending employers in employment litigation and arbitrations.
