Represented production company in defeating the attempt by O.J. Simpson to enjoin the broadcast of a miniseries about the "Dream Team's" representation of Simpson

Represented the New York Times in defeating defamation action arising out of an investigative piece about a corrupt process server (Yellon v. The New York Times Comp., 289 A.D.2d 486 (N.Y. 2d Dep't 2001))

Represented trustees of the Martha Graham Center at a bench trial in defeating the attempt to enjoin the use of Martha Graham’s name on trademark infringement grounds

Represented radio station in slander action filed by Richard Jewell arising out of the Olympic Park bombing
