Community health information exchange network development and network user participation; a principal author of Connecting for Health Common Framework: Resources for Implementing Private and Secure Health Information Exchange: Model Contract for Health; assists firm clients in structuring information exchange pilot programs for comparative testing of new technologies, work flow redesign and evaluation of patient authentication, privacy, security and functionality components, conducting governance and organization surveys and drafting health information exchange participation agreementsl; co-author of Guide to Establishing a Regional Health Organization, published by Health Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS 2007).
