General counsel on copyright issues including registration and renewal practice, protection of copyrights, work-for-hire arrangements, fair use analysis, policing of claims, and negotiating and drafting of copyright assignments and licenses

General counsel on Internet Law and eCommerce issues including negotiating and drafting content licenses, use policies, and privacy policies. Domain name issues including ownership transfers, policing, and administrative actions under the ICANN Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy

Drafting and negotiating national and international presenter agreements, individual artists’ agreements arranger, copyist, music engraver and transcriber agreements, radio broadcast agreements, collaboration agreements, production agreements involving public television, documentary films and television programs, broadcast agreements for commercial and non-commercial television (national and international), and sponsorship agreements
