Representative Experience
Ms. Duffy’s representation encompasses a variety of business planning and regulatory matters, including structuring corporate acquisitions, mergers and consolidations and reorganizations and joint ventures for health care systems and other tax exempt organizations; governance and board relations; tax exempt financing, tax planning and analysis, including qualification for tax exemption, and federal and state regulatory compliance.
Ms. Duffy has been very active in the administration of the firm, having served as Vice Chair of its Executive Committee, and as Chair of its Share and Recruiting committees and Chair of its Health Law Practice Group.

Ms. Duffy's practice involves representation of a wide range of clients in the healthcare industry, including healthcare delivery systems, managed care organizations, hospitals, home health agencies, physician groups, professional associations, long-term care providers, and medical technology companies, as well as other tax exempt organizations including community foundations and other charitable and educational organizations.
