Represented cable networks in rulemaking proceeding concerning mandatory carriage of digital and analog broadcast signals, which threatened to force networks off of cable systems
Represented cable operators before the FCC and state and federal courts in pole attachment rate disputes with potential industry-wide impact of several hundred million dollars annually
Represented cable operator in rulemaking, threatening recovery of investment in last-mile network deployments to apartment buildings
Represented wireless antenna system provider in successfully opposing new FCC regulations, which would have exposed the industry to hundreds of millions of dollars in compliance costs
Represented wireless providers in spectrum auctions and acquisitions and advised wireless providers on spectrum use and relocation matters
