Representing both employers and employees in defending and prosecuting claims arising under noncompetition agreements and the Uniform Trade Secrets Act, including demands for immediate and preliminary injunctive relief
Representing various constituencies in corporate and partnership disputes
Defending companies and executives against claims of securities fraud
Representing healthcare providers in civil litigation, including defending against claims under the False Claims Act
Defending building product suppliers against contract and tort claims
Defending product manufacturers, including aircraft manufacturers and the makers of medical devices, against product liability claims
Defending creditors against claims under consumer credit laws
