Representing independent power producers and marketers in state and federal regulatory proceedings, including utility rate and certificate proceedings, and obtaining QF and EWG certification and market-based rate authority
Representing independent electric generators, large electric consumers and power marketers in contractual negotiations, alternative dispute resolutions and litigation relating to power purchase and sale agreements
Negotiating power purchase agreements for renewable power producers
Drafting, negotiating and obtaining regulatory approval for electric power purchase, interconnection, natural gas supply and gas transmission agreements
