Representative Experience
Counsels telecommunications carriers, wireless service providers, cable operators, and ISPs on an array of issues ranging from obtaining operating authority, establishing tariff and pricing regimes, negotiating interconnection and resale agreements, and securing franchise or license authority to install fiber and facilities in public rights-of-way
Represents CLECs and wireless carriers in obtaining interconnection agreements with other telecommunications carriers
Assists clients in negotiating, arbitrating, and implementing these important carrier-to-carrier contracts
Litigation involving reciprocal compensation, billing, and tariff matters before federal appellate courts and agencies
Counsels clients on dark fiber lease agreements and cross-ownership restrictions on holding wireless licenses and owning cable entities
Analyzes legal developments in the telecommunications and broadband industries through his monthly columns for the industry website, www.clec.com
