Represents a wide range of clients, from large corporate companies to small and minority-owned businesses, in corporate diversity, employment law, government relations and government contracts matters
Advises Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of matters that require critical analysis of novel circumstances, creative problem-solving and effective advocacy
Provides counseling and crisis management services to Fortune 200 companies seeking to enhance their corporate diversity performance, including: reviewing and assessing existing policies and procedures, interviewing corporate officers and recommending changes in the structure and management of diversity programs
Develops strategies to mitigate the effects of a client’s diversity-related crisis and helps them develop long-term solutions
Acts as an advocate assisting in the delivery of positive messages to external constituencies
Assists clients in all aspects of diversity, including:
- Corporate governance
- Workforce diversity and equal pay
- Supplier diversity and business partnering
- Environmental justice
- Community relations and targeted philanthropy
- Government relations
Works with Members of Congress, congressional staff and ranking Executive Branch officials to advance client interests. Projects include:
- Civil justice reform
- Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE)
- Permanent normal trade relations with China
- Changes to federal procurement requirements
