Counseling health systems, hospitals, medical groups and other health care providers on regulatory compliance matters, including fraud and abuse and physician self-referral issues, Washington licensing laws and regulations, and Washington corporate practice matters
Representing health care providers in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and physician recruitment arrangements
Advising providers on Washington certificate of need laws and representing providers at all stages of the certificate of need process
Developing a variety of contractual relationships by and among hospitals, and other health care providers, health plans and suppliers
Negotiating payor contracts for hospitals, health systems and medical groups
Advising clients on issues relating to tax exemption and corporate governance
