Advising foreign companies and individuals on structuring investments in manufacturing and other business operations in the Pacific Northwest, as well as American companies and individuals entering the Asian markets

Significant transactions include:

  • Establishment of food processing plant in Northwest

  • Reorganization of US holdings of major shipping line

  • Establishment of condominium resort complex in Asia
Business immigration for executives, managers, researchers and other professionals, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and labor certification

Significant representations include:

  • Advising wireless telecom company on immigration implications of M&A

  • Obtaining visas for prominent biotech institute
