Cases include multi-plaintiff wage/hour and discrimination/harassment matters, noncompete/nonsolicit agreement disputes, wrongful termination, workplace safety, ADA, FMLA, unlawful picketing injunctions, unfair labor practices, strikes, and collective bargaining.
