Practice Overview
Mr. Heth’s practice focuses on corporate law and business transactions. He formerly served as the Director of Legal Affairs for Hollywood Entertainment Corp., and provides general counsel to businesses of all sizes. He holds an LL.M. in taxation, and regularly structures organizations and transactions in a tax-efficient manner. He has practiced extensively in the retail and restaurant, manufacturing, distribution, and food and beverage industries. His practice concentrates on the following:

- Mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations (taxable and tax-deferred)
- Licensing, distribution and strategic joint ventures

Reverse stock split of shares of OTC issuer followed by successful listing on Nasdaq
