• Represented Alaska Regional Native Corporation in Superior Court jury trial involving corporate governance matters

• Defended foreign LLC and its members and manager from claims for breach of contract, unfair trade practices, and piercing the corporate veil

• Represented Seibu Alaska, Inc. in sale of Alyeska Ski Resort, including ski operations, hotel and golf course

• Represented California limited liability company in sale of local enclosed mall to Alaska limited liability company

• Represented a variety of employers defending against discrimination and other employment-related claims
