Representative Experience
Representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of matters in the state and federal trial courts, and on appeal before the Alaska Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Together with one or more other attorneys:
- Defended corporation charged with breach of warranties in the sale of traffic signal poles and associated products
- Represented plaintiff in claims for conversion and breach of contract resulting from aircraft purchase transaction
- Represented creditor in numerous disputes arising out of the bankruptcy of an Alaska forest products company
- Defended national bank in claims for the unauthorized release of funds from accounts
- Represented partner in proceedings to dissolve Alaska general partnership
- Represented architect in copyright infringement action arising out of the unauthorized use of building plans
Defense of employers in wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, and other employment litigation, including multiple wage and hour class action lawsuits.
