Representative Experience
Ms. Keating Edelstein has a wide variety of experience relating to corporate transactions involving healthcare entities, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, joint ventures and partnerships, venture capital transactions and general corporate counseling. Additionally, Ms. Keating Edelstein counsels hospitals, health systems, physicians and other health care providers in connection with health care regulatory and compliance issues. She has performed compliance and fraud-and-abuse analysis for hospitals and health systems and has assisted clients in implementing compliance programs.

Ms. Keating Edelstein also practices commercial finance and general corporate law. She has experience in structuring, documenting and negotiating acquisition loans and loans secured by margin stock, marketable securities and assignments of life insurance, and annuity benefits.
