Counsels clients concerning estate and estate tax planning
Advises and counsels clients in planning for transfer of family business or real estate, including tax advice in the areas of gift, estate, generation-skipping transfer taxes and fiduciary income tax
Adminstration of estates following death - assisting with all aspects of settlement, whether assets pass under will or by revocable living trust
Representing beneficiaries, executors and trustees in will and trust interpretations and in resolving disputes
