With DWT for over 30 years. Extensive litigation and transaction experience in construction law disputes including representation of general contractors, subcontractors, and public and private owners.

Works with corporations and shareholders in connection with shareholder disputes, minority shareholder squeezeouts, business reorganizations and acquisitions; has worked with other law firms as independent consultant to Boards of Directors concerning corporate derivative suits and shareholder rights

Extensive experience as an arbitrator and as a mediator in disputes concerning business, corporation governance, real estate and the construction industry

Lectures and writes extensively on construction law, construction lien problems and litigation, business, corporation and real estate law

Admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Federal Claims and all federal and state courts in Oregon
