Representative Experience
Over 15 years of complex litigation experience representing clients in appellate, trial, class action, arbitration, and administrative proceedings, including:
Intellectual property litigation. Representation of both patentees and accused infringers in patent litigation, as well as handling trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters.
Appellate litigation. Representation of appellants and respondents in a wide variety of commercial, class action, constitutional, insurance, and employment cases.
Other substantial litigation matters have involved professional malpractice, First Amendment, civil rights, discrimination, health care, product liability, banking, antitrust, aviation, and construction disputes.
