Representative Experience
Mr. Marshall's practice is focused on defending clients in governmental enforcement actions (both criminal and civil), including defense of clients in complex white collar criminal investigations. His practice draws on experience gained during his previous employment with the Seattle, Washington, U.S. Attorney's Office, where he handled enforcement cases under a wide variety of federal regulatory programs and as head of that office’s environmental enforcement unit. His practice includes representation of health care entities and professionals in government civil and criminal health care fraud investigations. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and the State of Washington.

Prior Experience
Trial lawyer with the Seattle United States Attorney's Office (1980-89) - handled white collar cases, including complex fraud and environmental criminal prosecution
Enforcement attorney with the U.S. Department of Labor (1977-80) - handled complex civil enforcement matters relating to pension and welfare benefit plans in federal courts nationwide
Taught at the George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C. (1975-1977)
