Counsel for many nonprofit healthcare institutions and nonprofit entities in the structuring, drafting, negotiating and closing of tax-exempt financing transactions and secured and unsecured loans
Counsel for entities wishing to restructure, refund or defease tax-exempt indebtedness, or wishing to undertake asset sales, corporate restructures, or other activities in conjunction with continued tax-exempt financing
Counsel for regional and national credit institutions in complex bankruptcy reorganizations and in nonbankruptcy loan workouts
Advising lenders and other creditors with respect to lending and bankruptcy issues for nonprofit or other borrowers who have outstanding tax-exempt debt
Variety of structural matters ranging from simple incorporations to stock and/or asset sales for small corporations
