Advertising clearance and advice on intellectual property, privacy, First Amendment and regulatory issues. False advertising litigation.

General counsel on Internet law and eCommerce issues including negotiating and drafting of content licenses, web development and hosting agreements and privacy policies. Domain name issues including policing, ownership transfers, administrative actions under the ICANN Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy and litigation under the AntiCybersquatting Consumer Protection Act.
